Movement Practices
Yoga & Somatic Movement
I am a Senior Yoga Teacher, Somatic Practitioner, and Movement Therapist in training. With 25 years of personal practice and over a decade of teaching and facilitation, my work is rooted in self-exploration and lived experience.
My practice has grown through my own journey of befriending my body and nervous system while navigating sensory overwhelm in the thrum of modern life.
I honour the body as a vital expression of our living Earth, where contemplative movement becomes a regenerative practice of reconnection, resourcing, and renewal—helping us remember our intrinsic relationship with all life. My attuned approach invites people to explore themselves and engage more fully with the world around them…
Sharing a heart-centered practice that extends beyond the mat.
In the spirit of enquiry, my offerings are always invitational, guiding you to cultivate sensitivity and deep listening within your body to support health, healing, resilience and self-regulation.
Yoga Classes
A place of belonging, homecoming & remembrance
Each time we step onto our mat is an invitation to return—to come home to ourselves—and explore our inner landscapes with presence and curiosity.
The spaces we hold for movement are as essential as the practices themselves. I am fortunate to host sessions in two beautiful rural retreats, offering a pause from the busyness of modern life. Together, we create space for rest and expression, to fully embody and embrace the present moment.

Gently nurture your nervous system and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your body. Through slow, mindful movement, you'll release tension and create space for balance and ease.
Rooted in the Greek word soma, meaning “body,” somatic practice invites you to unlock the innate intelligence of the living body. With an emphasis on subtle movement, breath, and inner listening, each session encourages sensing and perceiving, helping you move in ways that feel authentic rather than look a certain way.
This practice supports the nervous system to settle, fostering calm, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

Somatic Practice
Immerse yourself in a softly supported somatic practice that invites deep openings and reconnects you with the wisdom of your body. Through gentle guidance and self-enquiry, you’ll explore ways to integrate mind, body, and emotion—resourcing yourself through movement.
Using a process-oriented approach that blends Subtle Body Listening, touch, movement, and dialogue, somatic therapy emphasizes sensing and perceiving, encouraging you to move from what you feel rather than how it looks.
Each session orients you to your environment, creating space for the body–mind to be heard. This supports the nervous system in returning to balance, fostering a profound sense of inner peace and equilibrium.
