A Wild Remembering is an invitation to travel to distant landscapes and find new horizons within yourself. We welcome you to the wild vistas of the French Pyrenees for five days of intimate, wild-feminine reclamation. Held by two wild guides, each bringing their own unique gifts.

Ellie Green and Verity Megan are both devotees of elemental embodiment, safe sisterhood and plantlore. Verity is a sound and somatic practitioner and plant whisperer, exploring the emotional realms; Ellie is a creative guide and circle keeper, walking the shamanic path. Between them they hold years of training and a deep well of healing modalities, strengthened by a shared relationship with natural world.
And together they’ve woven a retreat that meets you exactly as you: wild, tender, and whole.

Here, the modern world falls away… Only the sounds of nature can be heard: wind rustling through ancient oaks, the distant call of the river below and the most beautiful, starlit skies above.
Wander granite boulder trails, swim in the living waters of the bio-pool, sweat it out in the Finnish sauna, or sit in reverence at Vilalte's own ancient stone circle.
Our Italian hosts cook wholesome, home-grown meals, drawn straight from the kitchen garden to your table, using only the freshest local, seasonal ingredients.
This isn't just where you'll stay. It's where you'll remember a more soulful way of being.

Held by a vast and ancient landscape with granite boulders, untouched woodland and living waters that invite us to slow, to meet the steady wisdom of the natural world.
Through nourishing seasonal food, wild swimming, movement, quiet moments in nature, and time to be, Earth reminds us how to soften, ground, and inhabit the living landscape of our own bodies.

Air invites breath
Beneath a wide expanse of sky and passing clouds, we find clarity and insight. Through shared voice and sounding practices, we'll open to the seership realm, to quiet the inner critic and awaken our wild imagination.
Through botanical art, soul journaling and creative writing, we'll explore mediums of expression, both lasting and ephemeral.
Awaken by Fire
Fire calls us into transformation
As dusk falls, we'll gather at the fire pit to share stories, honour ritual and set intentions around the flames. Together we'll create a space where we can be witnessed and reclaim our voices, through ceremony and song.
Through movement we'll alchemise energy, and in the heat of the sauna we'll purify, as Fire reminds us that true alchemy waits at the edge of comfort.
Moved by Water
Water teaches us fluency
We'll explore our inner fluidity and sensual selves through movement, listening touch and spacious time for rest and integration.
Together we'll meet the living waters of mountain rivers and a wild, untouched bio pool, learning the language of flow, of trust, of being moved by the living current of life.

Reserving your place
There are two different options for you to choose from:
◦ The Nest - shared room of two - £1500 Early Bird (limited availability)
◦ The Nest - shared room of two - £1,650 per person.
◦ The Sanctuary - private room - £1,800 Early Bird (limited availability)
◦ The Sanctuary - private room - £1,950 per room.
Each room has its own private bathroom, individual beds and a beautiful view of the mountains, gardens and forests.
Booking & Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of £350 secures your place, with the remaining balance due by 1st March, 2027.
If you need to cancel more than 8 weeks before the retreat begins, we'll refund all payments made beyond your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your place from our waiting list, in which case we will refund your balance (less the non-refundable deposit).
As this is an overseas retreat, we strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
What’s included?
The room rates include all teachings and guidance from Ellie & Verity, five nights accommodation at Mas Vilalte, all meals from arrival to departure and full access to amenities, pools and gardens.
What’s not Included:
Travel, transfer and any treatments during your stay are not included in the above rates. However a convenient group transfer will be arranged between Barcelona Airport and Mas Vilalte, with costs shared equally between the group. More detailed information will be included upon booking.
