Autumn Attunement

  • Mill Yard Dye House Lane Petworth, GU28 0LF United Kingdom (map)

“Listen! The wind is rising, and the air is wild with leaves, we have had our summer evenings, now for October eves!” ― Humbert Wolfe

As summer fades into autumn, the sun dips lower in the sky, and the potency of the Fire element begins to wane. Winds now blow cooler as the Air and Ether elements come out to play. These seasonal shifts and elemental changes can affect how we feel, causing physical imbalances, an untethered mind and more erratic emotions.

We can feel this in our uprootedness: all of a sudden, we may experience disturbed sleep, more frantic thoughts, stiff joints, dry skin, or digestive issues. Seasonal attunement is a core tenet of Ayurveda, helping us adapt and respond to the subtle and not-so-subtle shifts as we transition from one season to the next.

In this immersive workshop, I will share empowering tools and tips to help you find your anchor and navigate autumn gracefully.
