Bathing in her light and the soothing sounds of Crystal Alchemy Singing bowls. Harvest speaks of rich nourishment, abundance and earthly goods of sustenance and delight. This rich experience will fill up your cup, combining the harmonies of singing bowls with a gentle guided meditation to lead you in and ease you out of the sound.
Our evening will begin with a Cacao ceremony, opening the space to the spirit of Cacao and giving thanks for the blessings of Mother Earth. A gentle yet potent plant elixir, Cacao awakens something ancient and ritualistic within. It allows us to access a liminal state while expanding our heart awareness—opening to our own medicine and creating fertile ground to receive vibrations of the Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls.
In surrendered stillness, the resonant waves of the bowls wash over and through you - fully submersed in sound to experience the vibration as tangible ripples of energy. These ripples and soothing sounds evoke a sense of deep relaxation to release and rediscover your natural resonance, to create a sense of nourishment and sweetness from within.
