Join Verity in the Orchard at Arundel's Community Picnic, part of the Great Big Green Week.

Earth Listening invites you to reweave of your relationship with nature, awakening the senses and softening the body to the peaceful presence of plants, trees and bird song.

Moving at an unhurried pace, we'll create space to listen, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves so often lost in the momentum of modern life. With meditative practices that invite curiosity, we return to a slower rhythm—leaving with a feeling of rootedness and a renewed sense of belonging.

You will be guided to meander through the orchard and find a sit spot where we'll bathe in the essence of trees, allowing their presence to open a quiet, meditative space where nature and our true nature intertwines.
