Amid the noise of ambitious resolutions and bold beginnings, this series invites you to start the year with a single guiding word: Gentle.
Join me this January with the return of my Winter Rest Series - an invitation to embrace the season of hibernation, a time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with your inner world.
While society urges us toward ambitious resolutions and bold beginnings, take a softer approach starting the year with a single guiding word: Gentle. Rather than reaching for lofty goals, we’ll slow to meet the energy of the season and nurture what is quietly forming.
When our energy is lacking, low or latent, we can’t yet bring forth the visions in our minds; they need time to deepen, to stay rooted 'in the belly' before being birthed on the other side.
Through slow, somatic practice, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Therapy will cultivate an embodied presence, allowing you to ease into the new year with softness, self-compassion, and the support of carefully curated practices.
We will begin on Wednesday, 7th January, and meet at the same time each week to nest, rest, and nourish ourselves. To set the tone for our journey together, you will receive a resource workbook with audio attunements, rituals and rest practices in the first week of January. Join this unique, restorative journey—an opportunity to hibernate with intention, embrace the season of stillness, and enter the new year with gentle self-care.
